技術簡介

FluxMerge™薄型馬達技術利用磁力優化轉定子結構技術,將薄型馬達技術成功推展為動力系統應用,使400 W馬達由原先效率87.6%提升到90.2%,含減速機系統效率由35%提升至50%。

FluxMerge™薄型馬達技術在轉子和定子的設計中引入了3D氣隙結構設計,相較傳統的2D構形,改善氣隙的磁通密度使用效率,而產生近乎淨磁通量傳輸的低稀土薄型馬達。

This thin motor or Slim motor was awarded a RD100 in 2013. Usually, high torque requires a high motor; however, we've uniquely designed it to be very thin. Weight is reduced to 35% of traditional motors with efficiency enhanced to 20%. If you noticed as you walked up the stairs, there was a small white machine attached to the rails. That's a stair lift and a successful example of the use of our slim motor.

薄型馬達技術

本技術開發無碳粉塵污染(PM2.5)之高靜壓離心風扇模組應用於乾手機,由於高速無刷馬達穩定輸出動力源,並透過離心風扇將渦漩氣流高速噴出,提供無碳粉塵污染之乾淨氣源,達到節能減碳、綠化環境的效果。此技術也協助國內廠商率先開發出無刷之乾手機,不僅達到節能減碳,且是一項對環境友善的白色家電,熱銷國際。

This is an application of our slim motor with an added fan module. Compared to traditional motors, ours is much more compact and can provide purer air. We have these installed in the restrooms so you can try them out later.
