行動輔助機器人
簡介 Introductions

本技術開發適用脊椎完全損傷者之穿載式外骨骼機器人,透過行動輔助機器人的動力輔助,協助傷友重獲站立、坐下、平路行走、上下樓梯與斜坡的能力;機器人輕量化之設計,考量減少使用者行走時手部的負擔並提升隨身攜帶的可行性。

With assistance of exoskeleton robot, people with the spinal cord injury can stand up, sit down, and walk on flat floors, upstairs or downstairs, and ramps. The portability of the exoskeleton robot is promising, and the efforts of the human arms in walking can be relieved by the design of minimizing weight of the robot.

特色與創新 Characters and Innovations

  • 脊損傷友行走功能部分或完全喪失,無法自主行動,下肢運動減少,影響生理代謝功能,增加醫療需求;且傷友與外界互動減少,影響自我與社會認同心理。
  • 全球脊損傷有約700萬人,每年增加人數為35萬人,平均發生年齡27歲,社會成本每人超過100萬美元。

  • Mechanical design of drive on joints achieved the light-weight mechanism for the exoskeleton robot.
  • The shoes are specially designed to naturally tilt the human user to keep his/her body balanced while he/she is walking.
  • A human user could choose his/her motion mode via an onboard remote controller.
  • The motion modes provided by the lightweight exoskeleton robotic suits include standing-up, sitting-down, and walking on even floors, upstairs/ downstairs, and ramps.

  • The weight of the robot (including battery) is 20 kgw which is useful for the SCI people to use.
  • Users can take the robot on and off without any other people’s assistance within 4 to 7 minutes.
