智慧化邊緣預兆診斷運算方案，整合高頻寬感測、自動分析、無線通訊等功能，可降低業主導入應用門檻，協助產業快速落實即時健康監測與故障診斷。

The EPS module integrated High-bandwidth sensing, fault diagnosis, and wireless communication features to assist the industries in applying predictive maintenance technology rapidly.

特色與創新

• 運算邊緣化，內建振動總量、Vrms等狀態監測指標運算
• 輸出旋轉軸、軸承、齒輪、馬達等17種機械故障自動診斷
• MVS-1H具備IEPE電路設計，可用於一般市售DAQ擷取卡
• Wi-Fi無線傳輸，支援多達16組設備連線
• 輕量化、小尺寸且易於安裝
• Built-in fault diagnosis feature: no programming
• Output data: 17 types of malfunctions, Vrms (root mean square velocity), CV (health indicators), raw data.
• The MVS-1H Sensor can directly connect with data acquisition systems (DAQ).
• Support multi connection, up to 16 devices.
• Light weight, small size, easy to install.
