下世代碳化矽電動驅控器 2022/07/12
簡介 Introductions
台灣首套自主研發碳化矽馬達驅控器,透過採用離散式薄膜電容最佳化設計,大幅縮小體積占比最大的薄膜電容被動元件,並搭配驅控器外殼最小化配置設計,可將驅控器體積縮小至 5L,系統採用碳化矽 SiC 高壓高效率驅動優勢,可在 >98% 的驅控器效率下,以 800V 高壓驅動馬達至 214kW,體積功率密度 >40kW/L,符合 US DOE 能源部訂定之階段性技術目標。
Taiwan's first self-developed silicon carbide motor controller. By adopting the optimal design of discrete film capacitors, the passive component of film capacitors with the largest volume ratio is greatly reduced. The volume of the device is reduced to 5L. The system adopts the advantages of high-voltage and high-efficiency driving of silicon carbide SiC. It can drive the motor to 214kW with 800V high-voltage under the efficiency >98% of the inverter, and the volume power density is >40kW/L, which is in line with the stage target of US DOE Department of Energy.
