簡介 Introductions
電動汽車的普及率很大程度上依賴於相應的電動汽車供電設備的設置數目和充電速率,直流供電設備可以提供電動汽車進行快速充電,大幅縮短充電時間。以直流模式充電時,電動汽車和直流供電設備於充電期間透過數位通信方式進行不間斷的訊息交換以確保充電的安全。由於市場上存在由不同製造商所提供的電動汽車和直流供電設備,意謂充電系統必須進行廣泛的的數位通訊一致性測試,以確保電動汽車和直流供電設備之間的互操作性。
The penetration of electric vehicles (EV) is largely dependent on the number of settings and the charging rate of the corresponding electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). DC EVSE can transmit power to EV with high output power, that is called fast charging, which can greatly reduce charging time. EV and DC EVSE exchange information continuously through digital communication during charging to ensure the safety of charging in DC charging mode. Since manufacturers supplies variety of EVs and DC EVSEs in the market, implies that the components of the charging systems should extensively be tested to ensure interoperability between EVs and DC EVSE.

- Iorder to ensure the interoperability between EV and EVSE, fully automated conformance testing can be achieved under the condition that test cases (Test Case, TC) can be clearly defined and developed. This is a brand new testing method. Covers not only communications, but also power interfaces. This enables independent testing of communication protocols, including power flow control, and increases the likelihood of interoperable implementations without the need for expensive testing.
