摺邊塑型製程模擬技術
技術簡介

傳統鈑金摺邊試產需多次往復修正製程與判斷瑕疵生成,為縮點試誤時間並提升摺邊品質,此軟體透過建立滾輪摺邊幾何外型之形變趨勢資料庫。輸入關鍵製程參數,即可在製程規劃階段快速預判鈑金摺邊成型可能產生之瑕疵,並提供摺邊製程優化之參考依據以提升摺邊品質。

The time consuming trial and error process is required to meet the expected hemming quality due to limited know-how in robot roller hemming process. Our numerical simulation-based hemming deformation analysis software is developed to reduce the number of trial-and-error loops. Users simply define the geometry of the sheet metal part and hemming process parameters, the plastic deformation prediction will then be quickly carried out based on our developed deformation tendency database.

友善操作介面,通過輸入5種工件幾何參數及4種滾壓關鍵製程參數,即可進行摺邊製程可行性預測與評估。内建形變趨勢資料庫,可迅速預判鈑金滾輪摺邊成型可能產生之瑕疵。

User friendly interface. Plastic deformation database embedded. Quickly generated deformation result based on the part geometry characteristics and important process parameters. The simulation tool can help manufacturers to evaluate the hemming quality prior to actual hemming operation.
