技術簡介

當前國內封測廠搬運magazine之機制因現場工序動態調整需求高,大多採人工搬運。本系統透過特殊夾爪設計取放magazine,同時於派車功能導入智慧動態排程,優化任務組合執行機制。能因應封測廠複雜度高的變動性工序指派需求,達成半導體封測廠magazine自動搬運。

Currently the magazine in semiconductor assembly and test plant is almost manual handling because of variable machining procedures. Our vehicles dispatching system get special gripper to pick and place magazine as well as can cope with the complicated and variable machining procedures by creating intelligent rearranging module to optimize the procedures sequence so that using our vehicle dispatching system to handle magazine automatically in semiconductor assembly and test plant is possible.
