簡介 Introductions

工廠產生之粉塵及有害微粒,如PM2.5,對人體健康造成很大的威脅,然而現有水洗洗滌器無法有效去除微粒,造成空汙霧霾、氣候異常。工研院創新研發「粉塵終結器」,透過微粒捕集系統(PCS),以水霧噴灑及雙層旋風分離沉降方式,讓PM2.5粉塵去除率達95%以上,平均效率增加58%,且無耗材、無化學刷洗,減少二次汙染與浪費。現已技轉廠務系統服務廠商,促成終端使用者尾氣處理系統升級。

Factories produce dust and harmful particles such as PM2.5, which pose a significant threat to human health. However, current air purifiers or dust collectors are ineffective in removing these particles, leading to air pollution, smog, and abnormal weather. Therefore, ITRI developed the Dust Terminator, which utilizes a particle capture system (PCS) that employs a water mist sprayer and double-layered cyclone separator to achieve a PM2.5 dust removal rate of over 95% and increase the average removal efficiency by 58%. The Dust Terminator does not require consumables or chemical scrubbers, thus reducing secondary pollutants and waste. ITRI facilitated the technology transfer to factory system service providers, enabling end-users to upgrade their exhaust gas treatment systems.

既有之粉塵洗滌技術無法有效處理廢氣中的極小顆粒(<PM5),其中 3 微米的粉塵捕捉率僅達 14.6%,此技術透過新開發之管柱窄頸式文氏管風道,整合水噴霧及雙層旋風導流集塵技術,增加迴旋渦氣流以加速微粒集塵,提升3 微米粉塵捕捉率達 95% 以上,節省尾氣處理耗能。

The existing dust scrubbing technology can’t effectively handle very small particles (<PM5) in the exhaust gas, of which the PM3 dust capture rate only reaches 14.6%. This technology is based on the newly developed Plunger Venturi Nozzle, which integrates water spray and double-layer cyclone flow collection technology to increase the cyclonic airflow and accelerate the particle collection.  It can enhance the PM3 dust capture rate up to 95% or more and save the energy consumption of exhaust gas treatment.
